The Emissaries for Sustainability (EoS) Erasmus+ project continued its momentum with a focused online coordination meeting held in March 2025. Following the successful Kick-off in February, the meeting gathered all project partners to review progress, refine planning, and reinforce commitments to promoting sustainability, gender equality, and youth leadership in education.

📚 Refining Communication & Project Identity

The meeting began with a presentation of the updated Communication Handbook, which incorporated suggestions raised during the Kick-off meeting. Partners approved new visual templates to ensure consistent and professional project materials.

All partners agreed to update their documents accordingly.

📊 School Reports & Surveys

The team reviewed the status of national school reports, with each partner engaging six educators for local data collection. While some countries have finalized their inputs, others are in the process of completing surveys. A general report will consolidate findings across all regions.

🧠 Desk Research Coordination

A coordination meeting among designated partners for desk research was postponed and will be rescheduled. One partner has completed its contribution; the remaining partners will follow up to align efforts.

📅 Confirmed Activities and Upcoming Training

Partners confirmed the structure of the first onsite training:
